Malaak Community Services is committed to the highest standards of transparency and accountability in managing Contributions. We strive to protect Supporters’ rights and ensure that contributions are used for the declared charitable purposes in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.


1. Contribution Methods

Contributions to Malaak Community Services are accepted only through official and approved channels, including:

  • Secure online payment gateways
  • Bank transfers
  • Recurring Contributions (monthly subscriptions)

2. Supporter Acknowledgment

By completing a Contribution, the Supporter acknowledges and agrees to the following:

  • The Contribution is made voluntarily and without coercion
  • The Contribution is not in exchange for any service or product
  • The organization is not obligated to achieve a specific outcome but commits to making reasonable efforts to implement projects within available resources
  • The Supporter authorizes the organization to allocate the Contribution to the specified project or a similar one if implementation becomes impossible
  • The Supporter authorizes Malaak Community Services to reallocate the Contribution, in whole or in part, to another project, or to change the region or country of implementation, based on its assessment of field priorities and the areas of greatest need

3. Supporter Rights

Supporters have the right to:

  • Contribute under their real name, a pseudonym, or anonymously ("Anonymous Supporter")
  • Request periodic reports on the project, provided correct contact information (email and phone number) is supplied
  • Know the estimated timeline for project implementation
  • Contribute in installments or via monthly deductions, with implementation starting upon reaching the required minimum funding
  • Request a dedicated Contribution link for a specific project, subject to organizational policies and possible identity verification

4. Documentation and Reporting

Malaak Community Services provides reports depending on the type of project:

  • Construction projects: progress report + final report
  • Water wells: report after completion and inauguration
  • Sponsorship programs: periodic reports (typically annual)

The timing and nature of reports may vary depending on field conditions and data availability.


5. Recurring Contributions

  • Contributions are automatically deducted on a recurring basis with Supporter consent
  • Supporters may cancel recurring Contributions at any time by contacting the organization or through the payment method used
  • Cancellation does not affect amounts already processed

6. Contribution Modifications

Upon Supporter request:

  • Certain Contribution details (such as display name) may be modified within a limited timeframe depending on the project type

Based on circumstances:

  • In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, security or political conditions), the organization may:
    • Change the project location
    • Replace the project with a similar one
    • Reallocate the Contribution to another project or another area of greater need

Supporters will be notified when possible and their approval will be sought where feasible.

Malaak Community Services reserves the full right to reallocate Contributions, in whole or in part, to other projects, and to change the areas or countries of implementation, in order to serve the regions and groups in greatest need. Completing a Contribution constitutes the Supporter’s explicit consent to this.


7. Refund Policy

  • Refund requests may be submitted within 30 days of the Contribution date, provided the project has not yet started
  • Refunds are not available once project implementation has begun
  • If implementation is delayed for more than 18 months without a suitable alternative, Supporters may request a refund
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible
  • Supporting documents (such as Contribution receipt or identity verification) may be required

8. Administrative Fees

Malaak Community Services retains a variable administrative percentage of Contributions to cover:

  • Operational costs
  • Payment processing and transfer fees
  • Logistical and administrative expenses

This is done transparently to ensure the sustainability of charitable operations.


9. Disclaimer

  • The organization does not guarantee exact timelines for project completion
  • Malaak Community Services is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond its control
  • Reports and images are provided for transparency purposes and do not constitute a legal guarantee of specific outcomes

10. Policy Updates

Malaak Community Services reserves the right to modify or update this Contribution Policy at any time.
Any updates will be published on this page, and continued Contributions constitute acceptance of the updated policy.
